Mo’Zen Wellness – Jessica Schiller Silverman abides by a no-refunds policy when purchasing any service or product through this Site, affiliate, or third-party sites linked to this Site, including but not limited to purchases made through Mo’Zen Wellness PayPal account, products or services purchased through MemberVault and deposits paid for live courses. Any payments collected require administrative costs, time and energy which is why we must uphold the no refund policy.

If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
